Mint Juice
Mint is an herb that is full of
nutrients. It is packed with antioxidants that amazingly work for a smooth
digesting system and keeps your stomach muscles smooth. Mint juice serves as a
good appetizer. To cure indigestion, take 1 teaspoon of mint juice, 1 teaspoon
of honey and 1 teaspoon of lemon

Chewing a piece of raw ginger after your meals helps to
prevent gas and dyspepsia. Add 1 teaspoon of mint juice and 1 teaspoon of lime
