Introduction to DIY Homemade Face Mask Recipes – Part 1

brief introduction on how to make homemade face mask for different type of
skins. These tips will help you to save lot of money from buying expensive
creams. Ingredients we will suggest you will be readily available in your home
or you can make it at home.
Mayonnaise
Face Mask
Take whole-egg
mayonnaise and spread it gently on your face. Leave it for about 20 to 30
minutes. After leaving it for about 30 minutes on your face wipe it off and
rinse it with cool water. Well, now you will feel a clean, smooth and fresh
face.
Egg
and Honey face mask
In a small bowl add
white of one egg, 1 tea spoon of sunflower oil and 1 tea spoon of honey. Mix them
well, till they are thickening slightly. Spread it on your face and let it sit
there for 15 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water.
Banana
Face Mask
Mash a medium size ripe
banana and make a smooth paste of it. Apply this paste gently on your neck and
face. Leave it on your face and neck for about 20 minutes. After 2o minutes
rinse it off with cold water. You will feel your skin softer and smooth.
Milk
Face Mask
Take ¼ cup of powdered
milk and make thick paste of it by adding enough water. Coat your face thoroughly
with this mixture and let it dry completely. Once it is dry rinse it completely
with warm water. You will feel your face fresh and smooth.
Cucumber
and Aloe Vera face mask
Place a peeled cucumber
in a blender and add 2 spoons of Aloe Vera in it. Blend them together till they
are formed into a thick paste. Spread this paste gently on your face and leave
it there for about 30 minutes. Rinse it off with cold water.

treatment of pimples we should know that what the physiology behind it is. Pimples
are little pustule and aggravations of skin, and are commonly known as zits and
spots. We are going to suggest you some fast and overnight natural treatments

pimples by using tea tree oil. It is mainly used as a home remedy for the
treatment of infections, fungus and ringworm. Chemicals in tea tree oil helps
to kill bacteria and keep your skin fresh.
Lemon
juice
Lemon juice contains
antibacterial properties which are very helpful in cleaning up the skin. There
are few different approaches which you can apply as a home remedy for treatment
of pimples.
Applying fresh lemon
juice direct to your skin can give you the amazing results. Apply fresh lemon
juice direct to the affected area and leave it for an hour, then wash your face
with fresh water, you will get best results by applying this method. Also you can
apply lemon juice direct to the affected area before you go to sleep; it is advisable
to use a cotton swab to apply it on affected areas.
Apple
cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar
contains the same properties as of a lemon juice. Because of its antifungal and
antibacterial properties it is considered as a powerhouse for the treatment of
pimples. For best results make it sure that you have chosen pure and undiluted
vinegar.
Before use wash your
face with water and dry it with towel. Add 1 portion of vinegar in three
portion of water and apply it with a cotton ball to the affected areas, leave
it for ten minutes. Repeat this treatment for few times in a day. It is
advisable to apply skin toner after the application of this treatment.
Baking
Soda
Baking soda contains
many benefits. It is natural and cheap and does not contain any of the harmful
chemicals. Baking soda helps to clear up skin and reduces inflammation. It is a
powerful home solution to dispose of pimples.
Make a paste by adding one
tea spoon of baking soda in warm water or lemon juice. Wash your skin with warm
water. Apply the paste to your skin same as you apply mask and leave it there
for a couple of minutes. Wash your face with warm water; repeat the procedure
twice a day. You will notice a speedy recovery with amazing results.
Tea
tree oil
Tea tree oil contains antibacterial
properties that help to fight skin issues. It is one of the common home
remedies that are helpful for many other conditions. Most commonly it is used
for treating pimple and acne issues. Add one part of the tea tree oil to nearly
8 part of fresh water; apply it directly to the affected area by using a cotton
ball. Wash your face after 30 minutes.
You can also blend a couple
of tea tree oil drops in a table spoon of Aloe Vera gel and apply it on your
face. Wash your face after 30 minutes. Avoid tea tree oil if you have a
sensitive skin.
Ice
Cubes
Ice cubes can dry out a
pimple fast and helps to reduce appearance of blemishes and inflammation. By rubbing
the ice cubes on the affected area it will close up your pores and will also
pushed out the bacteria.
Wrap the ice in a piece
of fabric and rub it on the affected area for a couple of seconds. Repeat this
method for few minutes for a better relief.
You can apply ice cubes
as many times as you like throughout the day. Within a day or two your pimple
will run away.
