Milk Face Mask for Dry Skin
This is one of the ancient times formulas to dehydrate the dry skin. Milk is a natural product that is well known for its properties as a moisturizer that helps to hydrate dry skin.

Take 1 teaspoon of powdered milk, 1 teaspoon of Aloe Vera gel, 1 tablespoon of runny honey and 2 drops of an organic essential oil. Add all these ingredients, mix them well, and paste it gently on your face. Allow this paste to sit on your face for nearly 15 minutes. After15 minutes rinse it off with warm water. Results are amazing.

Honey, Olive Oil, Yogurt and Oat Bran Face Mask
This is one of the masks that help to treat dry skin with amazing results. Take 1 tablespoon of oat bran, 1 tea spoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Mix all these ingredients well in a bowl and paste it gently on your face. Leave this paste for 15 to 20 minutes on your face. When you feel that it is already dried out, rinse it off. Leftover mixture could be seal and stored in refrigerator for next time, but store it not more than one week.

Brown Sugar and Olive Oil Face Mask
Brown sugar is an excellent chemical agent that helps in removing dead cells from all type of skins. Take 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. If olive oil not available, you can take 1 teaspoon of pure organic coconut oil.

Place the brown sugar in a small bowl, add olive or coconut oil and stir the ingredients with your finger to create a uniform paste. Message the mixture with your fingers to your skin. Message it in a circular motion and after a couple of minutes rinse it off with warm water.

Oatmeal, Honey and Banana Face Mask
This is another one of the best recipe that will help you to soften your dry skin. Take ½ piece of a ripe banana, 1 tablespoon of honey and ½ cup of oatmeal. Blend all these three ingredients together. Stir a little amount of water in it and mix it well till the whole stuff is turned into a creamy paste. Wash your skin and smear the paste on your freshly washed skin. Leave the paste on your skin for about 15 minutes. Rinse your skin off with warm water and pat dry your face.

Oatmeal Face Mask
For quick and amazing results that leave you feeling better with a soft and smooth skin, you may give yourself oatmeal facial.

Ingredients: Add 1/3 cup of oatmeal in ½ cup of hot water. Wait for a couple of minutes till the oatmeal and water have settled. Mix in 2 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt and 1 egg white. Apply this mixture softly on your face and let it sit there for 15 minutes. Rinse off your face with warm water. Remember that you have to apply a thin layer of the paste on your face.

Avocado and Face Mask
Take ½ of a very ripe avocado and soft it same as a creamy pulp. Add and stir ¼ cup of honey in it till it is formed in a smooth paste. Apply this paste gently on your face and leave it there for about 10 minutes. Rinse if off with a soft and cool cloth. By applying this method your will feel that your face has become soft, smooth and shinning.

Honey, Egg, Carrot and Avocado Face Mask
Take 1 medium size peeled carrot and de-stemmed it, take 1 tablespoon honey, 1 egg yolk, ½ fully ripe avocado and half tablespoon of coconut oil. Boil the carrot till it is tender to pierce easily by a fork, blend it along with avocado until it turns up into a pulp. Add honey and yolk and mix all the ingredients well. Paste it gently on your face; leave it there for 15 minutes. Rinse it off with a warm cloth.

Yogurt Face Mask
You need not to visit a spa for cleaning your face. You can do all this by staying at home. Slather some plain and fresh yogurt direct on your face and wait for 20 minutes. Or mix the juice of sliced ¼ orange in a tea spoon of plain yogurt as well as a little orange pulp. Paste the mixture on your face and rinse it off after five minutes. That will tighten your prose and will clean your face.

Egg Face Mask
For a dry skin that is in need of moisturizing, an egg facial mask is the best solution. Simply go to your refrigerator and take out an egg, separate the yolk out of it and beat it well. For an oily skin egg white is the best solution. For normal skin an entire egg is the best solution. Whatever suits to your skin use that one. Apply the beaten egg on your face and rinse it off after 30 minutes.

Vinegar Face Mask
Using vinegar as a face mask is not something new; it is as old as the times of Helen of Troy. It is an effective formula to softener your skin. Wash your face, take a bowl and add 2 cups of water in a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, mix it well and apply this solution gently on your face. Let it dry and rinse it with fresh water. This is one of the best homemade face masks.

Introduction to DIY Homemade Face Mask Recipes – Part 1

We will give you a brief introduction on how to make homemade face mask for different type of skins. These tips will help you to save lot of money from buying expensive creams. Ingredients we will suggest you will be readily available in your home or you can make it at home.

Mayonnaise Face Mask
Take whole-egg mayonnaise and spread it gently on your face. Leave it for about 20 to 30 minutes. After leaving it for about 30 minutes on your face wipe it off and rinse it with cool water. Well, now you will feel a clean, smooth and fresh face.

Egg and Honey face mask
In a small bowl add white of one egg, 1 tea spoon of sunflower oil and 1 tea spoon of honey. Mix them well, till they are thickening slightly. Spread it on your face and let it sit there for 15 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water.

Banana Face Mask
Mash a medium size ripe banana and make a smooth paste of it. Apply this paste gently on your neck and face. Leave it on your face and neck for about 20 minutes. After 2o minutes rinse it off with cold water. You will feel your skin softer and smooth.

Milk Face Mask
Take ¼ cup of powdered milk and make thick paste of it by adding enough water. Coat your face thoroughly with this mixture and let it dry completely. Once it is dry rinse it completely with warm water. You will feel your face fresh and smooth.

Cucumber and Aloe Vera face mask
Place a peeled cucumber in a blender and add 2 spoons of Aloe Vera in it. Blend them together till they are formed into a thick paste. Spread this paste gently on your face and leave it there for about 30 minutes. Rinse it off with cold water.
