Take 1 tea bag of chamomile, 1 cup of fresh water and some honey. Put the tea bag in a mug, boil the water and pour it over the tea bag. Cover the mug with a plate and wait for 15 minutes. Remove the cover take out the tea bag and squeeze it well in the mug. If you like you can also add some honey in it. Drink the tea sip by sip.
